No, Phantomoverlay doesn't have spoofer, since they never have been banned, so they never needed it.

I'd recommend Infinity spoofer for COD, since it's actually the only spoofer that actually works.

As @Mute has mentioned, which I voted best answer, we never saw the need to add spoofing since we've never been detected. If you are in need of spoofing from a third party experience, you can use INFINITE. INFINITE is also good against simple shadow bans.

We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
