How to turn auto renewals OFF or get REFUNDED for unwanted auto renewals

If you checked the "Save this card for future purchases and automatic renewals" at checkout when paying with card, you will be automatically charged and given a new 30 day key when your 30 days are up

 

If you do NOT want ANY Phantom Overlay auto renewals, follow these steps:
1. When making a purchase with card, uncheck the box that says "Save this card for future purchases and automatic renewals" every time
2. Go to your saved Payment Methods here and remove any that exist

 

How to get REFUNDED if you've had an unwanted auto renewal charge:
1. Make a ticket here and ask to be refunded for the unwanted renewals
-OR-
2. Reply to the automated emails you are getting that you want renewals cancelled and refunds issued
-OR-
3. If you don't know your PO login, you can contact us here or email [email protected] with information such as your cheat key, PO username, or PO email. You can also tell us the last 4 of your card and the date/time the purchases were made if you don't know your PO information

We will promptly REFUND your unwanted auto renewals and make sure you aren't automatically charged again (unless you make a new purchase and check "Save this card for future purchases and automatic renewals" at checkout when paying with card)

I already cancelled all renewals for MW2 because I want anyone who wants to keep using MW2 after Warzone has been moved to MW3 to explicitly purchase it again before renewals come back on for them. Also the price for MW2 has been lowered to 24

If you purchased MW3 at 38/month, you will renew at the lowered price of 32/month automatically

Do not dispute/chargeback auto renewals. You signed up for them in the first place & we are more than willing to cancel them for you and even refund your previous unwanted ones!
