I only use visible only ESP, I'm cautious about shooting at dark areas or very far distances, but I'm positive I've been reported plenty. Just not sure what else I should be concerned about.

As long as you have those programs closed when you open the game, you should be safe. They do not contribute to your shadowbans, as those are purely based on user in-game reports.
