Error 1078

Hello everyone, I am hoping in someone else help as I have tried to follow all the instructions but I keep getting "init error 1078" I have ran the troubleshooter, unistalled any "intel" software, also added the whole folder to the exclusions from my antivirus software and I followed the additional instructions for init error 1088 as suggested. 
It always ends up with init error 1078.

I have also tried to reinstall the OS but nothing helps.

Anyone that had the same issue and somehow fixed it?

We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
