Payment Failure & Installation Question

My payment is failing should I buy a prepaid visa? I think my bank is declining it because it's not USD. 

If I download the injector on a usb with the computer I will be using to game, then do a full reset will I be good to go without getting a ban? 

New to all this sorry

Try a different payment method or use bitcoin if you can.

You don't need to reset your PC after downloading the loader, just save the loader to a USB then delete it from your downloads and clear your recycling bin.
