Am i able to have valorant downloaded on my computer with the cheat for mw3? just want to make sure the vanguard anti cheat won’t cause any problems, not inquiring about a cheat for val i only want it for cod.

You'll be fine, just make sure you restart your computer after you're done cheating on MW3.
