Thankfully i found this provider.

Im already sold when i saw tht discors is streamproof. Can anyone kindly confirm if shadowplay nvidia is also streamproof too? Thanks so much!

It is streamproof on Shadowplay as well, IF desktop recording is DISABLED in the privacy settings of Shadowplay... Just an FYI

does that mean it would b visible to others if I was just sharing my entire desktop?

No, only NVIDEA Shadowplay with Desktop enabled will show it, if you use OBS or Discord to share screen it wouldn't show.
