Game: COD:Warzone

[1] Downloaded the latest loader, placed on flash drive

[2] restarted computer 

[3] Inserted flash drive, started loader

[4] injection successful, remove flash drive

[5] start game

[6] no hack/cheats to be found 😞

Try pressing Win + D and then click back into the game window. If that doesn't work then try Win + G then click back into the game window. If all those don't work, then read this guide.

Just reinject after you get mapping error 3. No need to restart, literally reopen the loader after you get the error and inject again.
