Im confused about the requirement of a usb

Does the usb requirement mean I need a physical external usb drive? If so I dont think I have any more usb slots available, Is there like a adapter that can connect 2 usbs to 1 slot?

You don’t need the USB to play you just need it to inject the cheat. Unplug your keyboard slot or buy a usb hub.

An encrypted virtual drive should suffice too

EDIT: Don't take this as a guarantee though as I havent tried it with PO yet, but that's how I did it on previous cheats with a USB requirement

Yes you will need a usb stick,

If you dont have a slot you just take out the keyboard cable and insert it and when your done injecting you reinsert it.
