Did everyrhing in the troubleshoot and even used the tool just stays stuck on fixing... someone help please

It may take a while for the troubleshooting tool to finish. Up to 30 minutes I think

i have to run the troubleshooting tool every day. After 30-40 minutes i press enter in the window and it tells me it was successful, and then everything works for me

I'll give that a try later tonight when i get a chance if they don't respond to my ticket before then thank you

FYI, our processor also does not show us your full card number, expiration, or security code.

Security

We obsess over security. Everything you enter on our website will be kept and transmitted in the most secure ways possible. Even your usage logs are stored encrypted. We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
