You should purchase the MW2 cheat for DMZ, DMZ wasn't integrated into MW3.

I'm having an issue where when I load the game up the menu shows for a little bit and then disappears. I've tried doing the windows key g and d thing and a lot of those troublershooting tips already. I dont see anywhere on the website of anyone else having this issue. Is there something that I'm missing

We pushed a loader update, delete and redownload the loader then restart your PC. Let me know if you still have issues.
