buying mw3 on steam and getting vac ban

So i want to test out if i am HWID ban...i will download the game and install from steam on a new account. If it turns out i am hwid ban or if i get ban will it show a VAC Ban on my new profile? or it will only show on the activision account.

We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
