Question about my mw2 ban

So i was banned on mw2 and i made a new account and my sb lifted so i got mw3, my question is that i want to play cold war zombies but i will have to log into my old battle.net account to play on it (which is banned on mw2) will i be fine or will it ban my new account or something? might be a silly question but id hate to waste 60 quid

I think I misread your initial question. If you're not using a new device or new HWID then logging into the old account just to play CW is fine.

We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
