Cheat not loading

Tried to inject. It said successful. Loaded game up, and nothing showed..?

For me it's different because it injects everything works correctly but from a moment on, I have the impression that it is uninjecting the game.

Here are some details:
Game: MWIII
OS: Windows 10 Professional 22h2
Platform: Steam
All forum advice is applied.
