I am one of the many that had been banned from the mw3 beta and after reading the announcement here and the general chat it seems like my mw2 account will be banned over the coming weeks.

I refunded my purchase of mw3 on battlenet and received my money this morning. 

Battlenet refund policy is similar but much stricter that steams. But since the beta is linked directly to mw2 playtime you haven't opened mw3 once enabling you to refund since you haven't actually played it, despite playing the beta. 

Get yo money back fools!

It is integrated into our website checkout and uses tokenization to collect data that you input, store it as a token, and transfer it to their servers. FYI, our processor also does not show us your full card number, expiration, or security code.

Security

We obsess over security. Everything you enter on our website will be kept and transmitted in the most secure ways possible. Even your usage logs are stored encrypted. We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
