Hello, I'm interesting in knowing how the PhantomOverlay cheat works. Is it external? Can you use fullscreen or do you need to use windowed? Maybe the dev can give some insight.

The cheat is external. For any cheat other than OW2 you can play in fullscreen. For OW2 you would need to play in borderless.
