I just purchased mw2 cheats, followed all steps and when I run the installer it installs but that’s all it does. If I click on the installer again it gives me 2 options, either repair or uninstall.

 

any ideas? Thanks

Read the download instructions carefully, you may be downloading the system program necessary to run the loader, not the loader; you should see the address to download the loader in the article "Cheat Setup Guide", section 11. https://www.phantomoverlay.io/loader-download/

Yes you are right I was downloading the wrong one. I tried to download step 11 and now it says “it is not commonly downloaded, and I need to trust the file before I can open it
