So i have a legit level 250 account with 4+ days of play with a 1.3 kd. I've seen a couple comments about shadow banning because of a sudden KD increase. Is this true?

Yes, sudden changes in your stats can cause shadow bans. You should play conservatively when you start using cheats, at least at first.
