im sure its not cause of the loader just being honest 
the first game is always laggy for me at the start of booting call of duty just deal with it until next game its A ok after that

What version of Windows 10/11 are you using? If you're not on 22H2 I recommend updating. Also try disabling GSYNC if you currently have it enabled.

Remember you guys are using cheats.

Sometimes when you're using it, its better to put everything on the lowest settings and even put your resolution down, remember to enable nvidia boost to have a lower input lag.

REMEMBER: SOMETIMES THE DRIVERS ARE FUCKED UP, AS THE LASTEST NVIDIA ONE SO I WENT BACK AND I'M SITTING AT 180FPS.
 

But, if you're using an NVIDIA card, go to the Image Rescaling and put on Performance.
If you're using an AMD card, go the AMD FSR 1.0 and put on Max performance.
