Ban carrying over from MW19/Warzone to MW2?

I was previously banned on both MW19 and warzone, but I am playing MW2 just fine with no ban. If I join warzone when it comes out on the 16th, will that flag my account and ban me? Or does the fact that I'm already able to play MW2 mean that I'm safe?

If you're playing MW2 now without issue then you're probably safe. But we can't say for sure until WZ2 comes out and people have tested with it.

We obsess over security. Everything you enter on our website will be kept and transmitted in the most secure ways possible. Even your usage logs are stored encrypted. We also monitor our loader automatically, revoking access from bad actors, so that you can feel secure. We guarantee to all of our users that under no claims or demands of any kind, will we leak or distribute client data. We also do not collect your name, ID, or address.
